What personal information do we collect
We collect a limited amount of personal information to enable customers to order and send an ecard, this includes:
- Card recipient name and email address
- Sender name, email address, contact number and billing details
For those making an enquiry or wishing to join our mailing list we capture:
- Contact details including name, email address and telephone number
Contributors wishing to submit designs for inclusion will provide us with:
- Contact details
- BACs payment details for transferring royalty payments.
Why do we collect your personal information
We use order and enquiry information for the purpose of fulfilling the order and responding to any queries from clients. Our lawful basis for processing is 'Contract'.
Our mailing list is operated on an opt in basis and clients can choose to unsubscribe at any time. Our lawful basis for processing is 'Consent’.
We hold contributor details to enable us to communicate and make payments to contributors. Our lawful basis for processing is 'Contract'.
How we use your personal information
We hold customer data in our website management system, electronic payment system (Stripe) and email system.
Contributor information is also stored in our financial accounting software, banking records and in Cognito Forms which is used for transferring artwork.
Who we share your personal information with
We don't sell on or freely share any personal information. When making a payment your details are securely processed by our third party payment provider (Stripe) for the sole purpose of completing your transaction.
Keeping your information safe
We are committed to keeping your information secure. All online transactions take place over SSL. Access to personal data is limited to named individuals who access through secure channels.
What rights do I have

Use of this website is monitored by collecting statistical user information. No personally identifiable data is collected in this process. Typically, we collect information about the number of visitors to the website, to each web page, the technology used to browse the internet and the domain from which the visitor originated. This information is used to understand the visitors use of the website.
